  The initial automation audit is £99, and it's credited in full against your project if you go ahead — so it costs you nothing if we work together. The invoice goes out when you book and is payable before the session; cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours beforehand and you get a full refund. After that, projects are scoped to the value they create and quoted up front — no surprises. Paid pilots are available so you can prove the return before committing to more.

• How quickly can we see results?

  First automations are typically live within 2–4 weeks. We start with the highest-impact task so you feel the difference early, then build out from there.

• Will this replace my staff?

  No. The aim is to take the repetitive admin off your team — missed calls, chasing payments, copying data between systems — so they spend their time on the work that actually needs a person. It gives your existing people more capacity, not fewer jobs.

• Does it work with the tools I already use?
