Charles is a working plumber who built his own AI office staff to run his trade business — an AI phone line that catches missed calls, and a field app that turns site visits into same-day quotes and chases payments on its own. He then built the same kind of systems for a children's activity-camps business. Loomwork AI brings those operator-built systems to other small and medium businesses.

Loomwork didn't start as an agency. It started inside a working plumbing and heating company, where missed calls, unquoted jobs and unpaid invoices were costing real money. The systems on this site were built to fix that business first — and they did. Loomwork exists to build the same for other small and medium businesses.

That means everything we sell has been run for real: an AI phone line that has answered genuine missed calls from genuine customers, a field app that raises real invoices and chases real payments, and admin automations that a children's activity-camps business relies on during their busiest weeks.

We're deliberately small, deliberately practical, and allergic to AI hype. If a spreadsheet would do the job better, we'll tell you.
