A fixed-scope way of working
Three tiers, the same process every time: Audit finds what's worth fixing, Build fixes it to a fixed scope, Retainer keeps it working. Each stage starts with the same short intake and ends with an update sent automatically — no chasing us for status.
1 Audit
Fixed-scope diagnostic — mapped before you spend a penny on the build.
One session, on a call or on site, where we map every place your time and leads are leaking, and which fix pays back fastest.
What's included
- A structured walkthrough of your current calls, quotes, invoicing and follow-up
- A ranked list of the leaks costing you the most time or money
- A written plan for which automation pays back first
What we ask upfront
- What software do you already use for jobs, quotes, invoicing and payments?
- Roughly how many enquiries or calls do you get in a normal week?
- Where do you think the business currently loses the most time or money?
- What's already automated, if anything?
What you hear from us automatically
- Booking confirmation the moment the audit is booked
- A short prep email 24 hours before, asking for read-only access to the tools above
- The written audit report, sent within 48 hours of the session
Price: £250 (£750 for field-service businesses — a half-day on site instead of a call). Credited in full against your project if you go ahead.
2 Build
Fixed-scope build — one automation, done to a template, not billed by the hour.
The same three-phase process every time, so the price is fixed and the outcome is predictable.
The three phases
- Gather — Intake form and account access collected, goals confirmed on a kickoff call.
- Assemble — We build the automation end-to-end against the scope agreed at audit.
- Launch — It goes live in your tools, your team is trained, and we watch the first week closely.
What we ask upfront
- Which of the leaks from your audit should this build fix first?
- Who on your team will use it day to day, and how comfortable are they with new tools?
- Which existing systems must it read from or write into (job system, accounts software, calendar)?
- Is there a date this needs to be live by — a season, a contract, a launch?
What you hear from us automatically
- Kickoff confirmation with the intake form and access checklist
- A week-1 progress update once the build is under way
- A launch and handover email with a short how-it-works walkthrough for the team
Price: Fixed price, quoted after the audit — scoped to the value it creates, never billed hourly.
3 Retainer
Ongoing fixed-fee support — once it's live, it keeps working.
A single monthly fee that covers monitoring, small tweaks and support once your build is live — not a new project every time something needs adjusting.
What's included
- Monitoring so a failure gets caught before a customer notices
- Small adjustments as your business or tools change
- Priority support if something needs fixing fast
What you hear from us automatically
- An automated monthly summary — what ran, what it caught, what's worth changing next
- A quarterly check-in call to review results and plan the next build
Price: Fixed monthly fee, agreed once your first build is live — set to what the retainer actually covers for your business, not a generic rate card.
Every tier is scoped and quoted to the value it creates — no hourly billing, no surprises. Start with the £250 audit; it's credited in full against your project if you go ahead.
