These terms govern your use of the loomwork-ai.co.uk website, operated by Loomwork-AI Ltd (“Loomwork AI”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them.

1. About us

Loomwork-AI Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17288926, registered office 1 Wards Croft, Saffron Walden, England, CB11 4ET. You can contact us at hello@loomwork-ai.co.uk.

2. Use of the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in any way that could damage or impair the site or others’ use of it.

3. Information on the site

The content on this site is for general information about our services. While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that it is complete, current or error-free, and it does not constitute professional or technical advice you should rely on without speaking to us first.

4. Services

Any services we provide are subject to a separate written agreement between us and the client, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees and terms for that engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance or a binding quote.

5. The automation audit

Our paid audit is the usual first step. These are its terms:

• Fee. £250 for a small business. £750 where the audit is a half-day on site for a larger field-service business. We will confirm which applies before you book, and the fee is fixed at that point.
• Credited in full. If you go on to engage us, the full audit fee is credited against your project — so it costs you nothing if we end up working together.
• Payment. We invoice when you book, payable before the session.
• Cancellation. Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and you get a full refund, no questions. Inside 24 hours we may retain the fee, though in practice we would rather rebook you.
• What you get. A written map of where time and work are leaking, and our honest view of what is worth automating. That document is yours to keep and act on however you like, including with somebody else, whether or not you engage us.
• What it is not. The audit is advice and analysis, not a build, and not a binding quote for any subsequent work. If the honest answer is that you should hire a person rather than automate, that is what it will say.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Loomwork-AI Ltd and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

7. External links

We may link to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
